Teams go through several challenges that put their problem-solving skills, speed, and communication to the test under real race-day pressure conditions.
Challenges include the Jack It Up challenge (jacking a heavy car in seconds), the Creeper Board Challenge (blindfolded navigation under vehicles guided by teammates), and the ultimate Change All Fours tyre replacement race. Each challenge mirrors real workplace skills — communication under pressure, trust, delegation, and high-speed coordinated execution.
Teams learn how to quickly jack up a heavy set car in a matter of seconds — a genuine NASCAR skill that requires precise coordination and split-second communication between team members.
Members of each team are blindfolded and put onto a creeper board — the board mechanics use to roll underneath a car. Guided only by their teammates' voices, this is one of the most trust-building challenges available.
Each team competes to see who can remove and replace all four tyres the quickest. The championship tyre change finale is a pure test of speed, communication, and coordinated team execution under maximum pressure.
