The Peacock Picnic is a fully-facilitated culinary team building programme focused on harnessing the power of attraction. Teams are divided and given a wide selection of decorations and ingredients to work with. Each team is tasked with creating their own personal picnic display with specific criteria: a signature dish, a theme, and a POP (Point of Purchase) display. Teams then vote on who has the most extravagant and creative display before the awards and debrief — and then the collective feast begins.
Teams participate in a series of challenges to secure the best picnic ingredients and resources. Competing for resources adds a strategic dimension — the best performers earn the most attractive supplies.
Armed with their earned ingredients, teams create an irresistible picnic spread — designing a POP (Point of Purchase) display with a signature theme, signature dish, and a unique presentation that demands attention.
Teams vote on the most extravagant and creative picnic display. Awards are given across categories — then everyone gets to enjoy the collective feast they've created together, making this one of the most delicious team building finales available.
