Raising the Tiki Bar is a Hawaiian-style, food-based event that gives teams the full licence to be creative. People are divided into teams and given a wide selection of decorations to work with. Each team is given an 8ft rectangular table and instructions — their objective is to create their own personal tiki bar with specific criteria: a signature drink, a signature appetiser, and a theme.
Teams must also create a POP (Point of Purchase) display for their tiki bar. The group then votes on who has the most extravagant and creative display. It is an interesting and unique programme that creates great energy, laughter, and connection — perfectly suited to Mexico's tropical resort settings across Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, and Los Cabos.
