Every participant receives a drum or percussion instrument. The facilitator introduces the rhythm structure and warms up the group with simple, accessible beats accessible to all.
Starting with a base beat, the facilitator progressively adds layers — different instruments, rhythms, and patterns — until the entire group is playing in full synchrony.
